Booking

You can book directly on this website or through Booking.com and Airbnb. A booking made on a platform follows that platform's terms, including for payments and cancellations. The rules on prices, payment and cancellation below apply to bookings made on this website.

Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation by email.

Prices

The nightly price is for two guests. Each additional guest costs CHF 60 per night; infants up to 2 years old are not counted.

A final cleaning fee of CHF 95, charged once per stay, and a tourist tax of CHF 3.25 per night for each guest aged 14 or over are added.

Payment

Nothing is charged when you book: your card is registered through the secure Payrexx platform. 50% of the total is charged 3 days before arrival and the balance on the day of arrival.

If arrival is less than 3 days away, the first instalment is charged immediately. If you arrive on the same day, you pay the full amount when booking.

If a charge fails, the booking remains suspended: access codes are not available until the payment has been settled.

Cancellation

Up to 4 days before arrival: free cancellation, nothing is charged.

From 3 days to 1 day before arrival: 50% refund, the first instalment remains due.

From the day of arrival: no refund, including in case of no-show.

Cancellations are requested from the Guest area. If we have to cancel due to force majeure, you receive a full refund.

Your stay

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. The maximum number of guests is 4 for Camelia, Ortensia and Glicine and 3 for Viola.

Online check-in, with the details and an ID document of each guest, is required by law: without it we cannot provide the access codes.

Parking and tourist tax

The covered parking space is optional, costs CHF 20 per night and is booked from the Guest area. There is only one space, so it depends on availability. Payment is refundable only if you cancel at least 48 hours before arrival.

If the tourist tax was paid separately from the Guest area, it is refundable only if the booking is cancelled, via the same payment method and within 14 business days.

Personal data

We use your data to manage your booking, payment and stay. Check-in data is used for the registration obligations under Swiss law and is passed on to the competent authorities and, for the Ticino Ticket, to its issuer.

For these purposes we use providers such as Smoobu (booking management) and Payrexx (payments) and, if you book there, Booking.com and Airbnb.

Applicable law

This contract is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Locarno, Canton Ticino, Switzerland.
